Biber Dolmasi is a Turkish style stuffed pepper with seasoned ground beef, golden raisins and spices. It's served with Greek salad and 'casik' (a homemade yogurt sauce). Absolutely delicious and flavorful!

Really good, beef and peppers were perfectly seasoned
Delicious. Amount of vegetables was a bit scarce. otherwise fantastic flavor. Ample portion of peppers. Please include in heating instructions whether to heat with lid on or off.
