We were really excited about this new option and overall it fared well. However the lettuce at one of our locations (S2) was filthy (I will send a photo so you can see) and there was mold on the gluten-free buns so those two things were big downers. The mushrooms and onions were popular but the trays provided had barely enough to cover the bottom and the sweet potatoes were overly garlicky. I think we'd do this again because it was different but we had too much cabbage salad and the ratio of mushrooms was off for the number of patties. I'm sure it's hard to get this just right but the beef patties were a bit dry and overcooked, not terribly but enough to notice. The chicken was ridiculously good, some of the best we've ever had through Lish! The brownies were fabulous.
