A traditionally inspired Vietnamese rice bowl, or Com, loaded with mixed greens, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, fresh herbs, jalapenos and topped with tamarind-black pepper marinated tofu. If you're looking a lighter meal, make it into a salad!

tofu (tofu, tamarind paste, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, GF soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt), rice, jalapenos, pickled carrots and daikon (water, sugar, vinegar, salt), salad greens (lettuces), cucumbers, mint, cilantro, basil, honey and lime soy sauce (GF soy sauce, sugar, honey, vinegar, lime), sambal chili paste (chili, salt, vinegar)
