Who said tofu has to be boring? My version of the famous Thai street dish is fried tofu skewers with my creamy, sweet and spicy peanut dipping sauce and a side of citrus cucumber salad.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 8-12 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 1-2 min
  • Heat sauce for 30 sec, if desired
  • Serve cucumber salad chilled
