Turmeric, a deep-yellow root known for its anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties, is the star flavor in this dish. Made with coconut milk and homemade chicken-bone stock, it is full of good fats. It is accompanied by a side of cauliflower rice, accented with dried fruits, fennel, dill, and toasted almonds. Very flavorful and with wonderful texture, it is delicious topped with the stew or on its own. Hearty and healthy, you'll never miss the dairy or grains! Enjoy!

I LOVED the yummy chicken bone broth and spices in the turmeric chicken. The cauliflower rice was good, though a tad bitter/cabbagey as cauliflower can be.

The chicken is fresh, and flavorful. The carrots are nice and crisp. I'm not a fan of the pickled? cauliflower side - it would be better if it weren't riced. The dish is not bad by any means, but I would prefer the soup with rice or whole cauliflower instead. Might order this dish again. Flavors are nice.
