Description

Yellow curry spiced chicken, wok fried with a side of jasmine rice. A lighter version of a traditional yellow curry without the coconut milk but all the flavor.

It tasted good, but I probably won't order it again. It was kind of bland especially compared to Chef Borthwick's other offerings.

The dish shows a lot of sauce in the pan when in fact there was barely any. Made for a dry dish, good flavor though.
