Ingredients

coconut pie shell: (flour, shredded coconut, butter, sugar, kosher salt, water), coconut pastry cream: (shredded sweetened coconut, canned unsweetened coconut milk, milk, vanilla bean, eggs, sugar, flour, butter), whipped cream topping (heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract), garnish (white chocolate, toasted shredded coconut)

I've had this pie many times, so I was a bit disappointed that I spend so much money to have a slice where half of it was missing the bottom crust and filling - it was merely the side crust and whipped cream! I don't know how that could happen, so despite how good the pie is, it appears that whoever cuts the pie doesn't know what they are doing.
