Ericka Burke established herself and her cooking style when her beloved Volunteer Park Cafe opened in 2007 in North Capitol Hill. She’s dedicated to using fresh, local, seasonal food. This year she’s opened Canal Market, a neighborhood grocery store and deli, and most recently opened Chop Shop, in the bustling center of Capitol Hill.
