I was born and raised in Olympia, and got my love of cooking from my Grandma. I was taught to love and respect the rustic, seasonal food of the Pacific Northwest, but my desire for adventure took me traveling and eating around the globe, where I saw and learned so much.

With work stints varying from fine dining restaurant service, upscale private clubs, a chef on a private island in the San Juan Islands, working on a farm with pasture-raised animals, as an award-winning small business owner, and now the Chef of a full service catering company, I bring passion and knowledge for food to you. You will love it!
