I can't imagine doing anything else that would allow me to nourish people's minds, bodies, and souls as much as providing the perfect meal. It provides a connection that words cannot describe. I have been preparing food professionally for over 10 years, from intimately catered meals, to running the line in some of the best restaurants in Seattle like the Dahlia Lounge, Revel and Pochitos. I was most recently the head chef at Bako. Now I'm excited to offer my cuisine on Lish so all of Seattle can have them in the comfort of their homes.
