Annie is a food industry veteran with over ten years of cross-functional experience, from farming and food production to restaurant management and consumer packaged goods. Annie got her start in the restaurant world with DC-based ThinkFoodGroup by José Andrés. Exposure to José's culinary empire inspired her to pursue a graduate degree in business administration, so she moved to Seattle and enrolled in the UW's Foster School of Business. Prior to earning her MBA, Annie worked for the Tom Douglas Restaurant Company as co-manager of Prosser Farm. She made the decision to launch her own food business in 2016 following a brief stint in the corporate world as a management consultant and project manager.
