I came to Seattle in 1999 and started my first restaurant job as a prep cook in local restaurants. I learned a lot about Tandoori cooking and traditional Indian techniques.

After a couple of years in the restaurant industry, I took a job as a Tandoori chef, and then became head chef. I've been working as a professional chef for almost 15 years, and I'm excited to bring my traditional Indian dishes to Lish.
