Chef Corinne Nolan Corinne Nolan

Corinne knew she wanted to be a chef from the age of 13. She was always helping mom in the kitchen and making dinners for her family. She later pursued the Culinary Arts Program at VCC, completing her apprenticeship and earning her Red Seal Certificate.

After working for Casalinga, Corinne eventually took over the company and made it her own. Today she enjoys creating new, healthy comfort foods made with whole, quality ingredients - bringing together tradition, flavor, and nourishment in every dish.
