Chef Lucy brings the vibrant flavors of Malaysian street food to Seattle through Kedai Makan, blending Southeast Asian, Chinese, Indian, and Eurasian influences. A 2020 graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy, Lucy honed her craft under the mentorship of Chef Khampaeng from Taurus Ox, which led to the successful opening of her first restaurant, Hangry Panda. Now, with Kedai Makan, she continues to share her passion for cooking through dishes like Sayap Ayam Pedas, Nasi Lemak, and Chili Pan Mee, inviting diners to experience a diverse and flavorful menu.
