Chef Edgar grew up in México City, soaking up the flavors and aromas of his grandmother's kitchen. He went to culinary school in Guanajuato then moved to Los Angeles, CA where he worked for 14 years as Executive Chef for Cabreras. He decided it was time to explore new things so he opened La Chingona Taqueria in 2019 and was successful!
