Founded in 2010 by Stephen Brown and Daniel Levin, Eltana offers a deliciously different bagel along with a menu of vibrant spreads, sandwiches, salads, soups, and sweets. Every Eltana bagel is hand-rolled, honey-water boiled, seeded on both sides and then wood-fired. Eltana draws inspiration and ingredients from the Mediterranean and Levant.
