Chef Filippo Fiori grew up in Tuscany, soaking in the flavors and aromas of Italy. Fiori carried his childhood cooking experiences with him when he studied in Beijing; hosting multiple popup dinners throughout his college years. Eventually, life brought Fiori to Seattle and with him came his love for Italian cuisine. Today, he enjoys crafting his favorite pasta dishes utilizing the fresh ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.
