Haocheng, originally from Yunnan province in southern China, is a passionate entrepreneur who graduated from the University of Washington. Driven by a desire to share the flavors of his hometown, Haocheng founded a culinary business in Seattle in 2019, introducing authentic Southwest Chinese cuisine to the region. Specializing in Yunnan rice noodles, Sichuan ramen, hand-made dumplings, and wontons, his venture emphasizes green, healthy, and authentic food concepts.
