Jefte has been with Havana for more than half a decade and is now the head chef and leads the back-of-house team. Jefte brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with a unique perspective shaped by his Filipino background. He has a fiercely loyal kitchen team who look to him for leadership — something he brings with both humour and empathy.
