Chef Kyungmin Lee grew up in Seoul, South Korea, where diverse regional flavours ignited his culinary passion. After exploring the world of wine and achieving WSET Level 3, working in wine bars and even a sake winery, he realized his true calling was in the kitchen. Today, as a chef at Disco Cheetah Korean Bowl, Kyungmin channels that vibrant energy into crafting fast-casual Korean dishes, infusing authentic flavours with a fresh, Western twist, all delivered with a fun, inclusive spirit.
