I first started cooking at a small Italian restaurant in Spokane during my college days. What started as a side job quickly became a passion, and then a career. My craving to gain more knowledge and create new dishes quickly became insatiable. I spent the next decade working at fine dining establishments throughout the Pacific Northwest, working in every position in the kitchen at almost every type of restaurant.
Now I co-own Kerala Co, where we create brand new menus every week and deliver fresh and healthy meals directly to your home. We make food that’s beautiful and delicious, and makes you feel good.
