She uses fresh, local and high quality ingredients to make her popular dishes. She enjoys the creativity and freedom cooking accommodates, while being restrained by cultural flavors. Geni's Menu is naturally gluten and allergen free and offers plenty of options to vegetarians and vegans. Meeraf is currently the head chef at Geni's Ethiopian Corner and teaches Ethiopian cooking classes at various venues.
