Chef Saki Narusaka Saki Narusaka

Growing up in Osaka, a food city, and as part of a family that ran food businesses, Saki has always loved spending time in the kitchen. From the time she was young, her grandparents taught her about Japanese cuisine and knife skills. This led to her gaining expertise at various types of Japanese restaurants, ranging from high-end to Izakaya, Ramen, and Sushi restaurants. She enjoys creating both fusion-style sushi and more traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine, especially bento meals.

In 2013, Saki teamed up with Master Sushi Chef Takahashi and opened Ten Sushi restaurant. Upon its closing, she partnered with Kozue restaurant to continue bringing Japanese-style bento meals to Seattle.
