Having visited the Amazon, he picked acai straight from the palm trees and having seen the factory where it is made, he has the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to make the highest quality Acai bowls. He has worked with local suppliers to source the highest quality ingredients to satisfy the palate of every customer. His goal is to serve nutritious bowls to support the foundation for a healthy lifestyle and change up the traditional heavy breakfast most people are used to. He is the owner of Verve Bowls located in Ballard, Capitol Hill and Fremont.
