I may be a little different than your average chef! I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and have traveled the world, dining and learning. I have a PhD. in political science and have taught at the University level for more than 25 years. But food is my real passion. As a private chef, caterer, cooking teacher and 2015 Foodie Empire Honoree, I am all about the flavor. I use only top quality ingredients and bring Thai techniques and sensibilities to global cuisines.
