My love for food began at the age of 5, baking sugar cookies with my grandma. The transformation of white flour to a delicious treat is something that has really stuck with me.
I was raised in New Hampshire and am more recently a transplant from Montana. Working in a variety of cuisines and traveling to Vietnam and Thailand has provided me with a strong appreciation for the world's flavors.
