Growing up in a big family, home cooking and helping my 'Mae' (mother) cook was our daily life style. I first started my culinary journey by operating various sushi bars around Washington state. Later I moved onto the catering sector, which I continue until today, bringing authentic Thai food to Seattle foodies who know that ketchup does not belong Pad Thai.
I love introducing Northern Thai to those who crave more than the usual restaurant menu. My dishes are made with no substitute for taste or quality. I specialize in Thai street food.
