BBQ Tofu with caramelized onions and sautéed peppers is a wonderful BBQ alternative for those with dietary restrictions. The tofu is marinated and cooked in a delicious vegan BBQ sauce and served with mashed potatoes and jalapeño corn that is sure to please.

The Tofu and Peppers were a hit whether you were Vegan or not! We had a few people who were skeptical about the idea of Vegan corn and mashed potatoes so they didn't go as fast.

Tofu was a little over done. Mixed grilled veggies might have been a better option.
