Dear Chef Lilly Gjekmarkaj,

Everybody loved the pastries today! There was some reservation about how well the pastries would work for an evening event, as they are typically served as breakfast. However, they were a huge hit! We will order them again!

These pastries made me remember my trips to the Balkans! So delicious!
