Chorizo may be one of my all time favorite sausages, be it the Spanish dry variety, or in this case its Mexican namesake; smokey beef chorizo studded with cheddar and jalapeno, and served with kidney bean chili, slaw and jalapeno cheddar cornbread.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F 12-16 min, cornbread, 2-3 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2 min, med high. Cornbread, 30 sec
  • Heat cornbread separately
  • Remove cole slaw
