Description

Grilled flank steak is marinated in my homemade special sauce of lemongrass, mint, red onion, and crispy rice powder, and served with a side of fresh vegetables and coconut rice. A refreshing and savory dish!

Ingredients

grilled beef salad (flank steak, lemongrass, red onion, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, rice crispy powder, dried chilies, mint), wraps and garnishes (cucumber, cabbage, red bell pepper, lettuce), coconut rice (jasmine rice, coconut milk, salt)

It was all really good. It was not part of the menu, but several people wished for some kind of dressing or something to finish it off. Most people just used the juice from the meat dishes but it would be nice to have a designated dressing to top at the end.

Veg very fresh, flank steak done perfectly. Sticky rice perhaps a bit too sticky. An excellent take on a Thai standard.

Delicious. I can do spicy food but the Thai chili slices really packed on the heat even for my spicy tastes. Maybe keep those on the side for others that can't handle heat?

The meat would have been better hot. There wasn't enough food.
The rice was good.
The team would have liked more veggies than just lettuce leaves.

This came with black beans instead of sticky rice. Very odd
