Description

Tofu is marinated in traditional Jamaican spices and cooked slowly with carrots, onions and potatoes in a classic Jamaican brown stew. Served alongside Jamaican "rice and peas", a classic side dish of rice and kidney beans, and southern-style veggies with a Jamaican flare.
