House made bucatini pasta, a hollow spaghetti, with leeks, wild mushrooms and burrata cheese, a creamy mozzarella.

Nice flavor, and ingredients. I would have liked more mushrooms. Not sure how to re-heat with the burrata, might be best to remove the cheese then add it back on after heating the noodles. Will order again.
