Nice flavor, and ingredients. I would have liked more mushrooms. Not sure how to re-heat with the burrata, might be best to remove the cheese then add it back on after heating the noodles. Will order again.

The dish came with THREE mushrooms, and very few leeks. I cannot believe Ethan Stowell would send this caliber dish out at any of his restaurants. We are an avid Ethan Stowell restaurant go-er, and this was sub-par to say the least.
