This traditional Burmese Tofu Salad can usually be found at small portable street food stalls on the busy streets of Yangoon, and even in Bangkok and Chiangmai. Organic tofu is dressed with a savory citrus sauce with a slight kick that makes this dish satisfying on a hot summer day.
