I wanted to like this more than I did. The cheesecake itself is a good balance of creamy and firm, at least. The description touts a 'different' oatmeal cookie crust, but it's not an upgrade in this case, as it's lacking in flavor.

The worst part is the butterscotch. I guess I foolishly assumed this would be homemade butterscotch ganache, rather than melted down butterscotch chips. So it's essentially a big mouth-punch of that chemical-like packaged butterscotch chip flavor, unpleasant aftertaste that lingers in the mouth included.

I'd be more apt to get this again if it was plain cheesecake (or some other topping on top), though preferably it would have a better crust.
