You'll love this build-your-own meal full of fresh vegetables, marinated proteins, and fresh herbs. Fill your bowl with a base of fresh rice vermicelli noodles and chopped green leaf lettuce, then add fried non-GMO tofu and all of your favorite topppings- pickled daikon and carrot, cucumber, fresh herbs, and peanuts. Drizzle with a savory soy dressing to finish off your meal.

The tofu was well seasoned and delicious. Everyone really enjoyed putting their own bowl together. This dish does not come with a spring roll as it shows in the picture.
