Crispy, mouth-watering fried chicken spiced with Jemil's homemade blend of spices and herbs. Served with creamy potato salad and maque choux, a flavorful blend of corn, bell peppers, and onion.
Cajun Fried Chicken (chicken, flour, egg, oregano, thyme, rosemary, celery seed, cayenne, canola oil)
Creamy Potato Salad (potato, egg, mayonnaise (*contains egg), red wine vinegar, hot sauce, mustard, oregano, thyme)

Great, but the crispiness did not hold up.
Fried chicken was a hit even though it was a ‘heavier’ meal. And people enjoyed the balance of the potato salad, corn, and chicken.
