Inspired by the mustard-based barbecue sauces of South Carolina, you will want to sink your teeth into these juicy, succulent ribs. I have dry-rubbed 3 pork ribs with a special seasoning mix and baked them in an oven before finishing in an open fire grill to attain the perfect balance of tenderness, flavor and smoke. A side potato salad with bacon comes with it.
