Inspired by the mustard-based barbecue sauces of South Carolina, you will want to sink your teeth into these juicy, succulent ribs. I have dry-rubbed 3 pork ribs with a special seasoning mix and baked them in an oven before finishing in an open fire grill to attain the perfect balance of tenderness, flavor and smoke. A side potato salad with bacon comes with it.

The ribs and potato salad was fantastic. Just the right amount of seasoning and so simple to heat up. The ribs were nice and juicy!

Ribs were fantastic. Tender and SO juicy. The potato salad was literally the best I've ever had.
