I could have used a little less of the cream filling and a little more of the carrot cake itself, but otherwise very tasty!

I would have given this dish a zero but thats not an option. The carrot cake tasted like it had juts come out of the freezer. The cake was dry as a bone and the frosting tasted like it had absorbed the flavors of the freezer after a long deep freeze. Terrible...just terrible. We threw it right in the trash.
