I'm considering this one an aberration: When it arrived, the cardboard top was not on tight so I'm assuming that is why the herbs were wilted, the chicken and cabbage were a bit dry. Even the dressing which seemed meager was not enough to moisten the salad. Too much cabbage and too dry a dish to do more than take a few bites. Thank heavens for the Rachel's Ginger Beer to help swallow.

Cabbage. Carrots. Cilantro. A little chicken. With a heavy peanut sauce "dressing" more suitable for a cold noodle dish. Meh. Won't be ordering this one again.
