Biryani is a traditional Pakistani/Indian dish. It consists of rice, simmered with tender morsels of chicken, yogurt, and a spicy blend of onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric and cumin. It's served with a refreshing Raita, boiled egg and lemon on the side.

Great dish with perfect amount of heat. Could have used a touch more instruction on sauce/lemon but really delicious.
