Every Uzbek family has their own treasured recipe for samsa! Tabassum's version is filled with Halal chicken and green peas spiced with fragrant curry, tucked in a flaky puff pastry hand-pie. Brushed with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Served with sides of zesty carrot salad and a tangy, sweet shredded beet salad.
