everything was delicious, set up was perfect and was a hit with the team.

Great flavors, only critique is that some refried beans were cold. Portioning perfect and we had just the right amount of sauces for the mains, except guac for S2 - needed more (Jessica's office!) Cacula helped shift food from one line to another but overall service was great. Would have been nice to have a green salad with tomatoes so people could opt for a salad version

Good meal! We had a lot of beef left over this time around, almost perfect quantity on the chicken. was awesome to have salad where I could put the meat on top.
