Lighter and simpler than the nut-enriched moles of Puebla and Oaxaca, this Mole verde is made with fresh tomatillos, serrano chilies and epazote, bringing you the authentic flavor of one of the most traditional moles of Mexico. Served with a side of Mexican rice, refried beans, corn tortillas and a Mexican cauliflower salad.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water over rice before heating

LOVED this mole. Though I'm not a black bean fan, there was plenty of chicken & rice for two meals for me. Will definitely order again. Dairy free is a PLUS for me.
