Description

Grilled chicken is marinated in my homemade special sauce of lemongrass, mint, red onion, and crispy rice powder, and served with a side of fresh vegetables and coconut rice. A refreshing and savory dish!

Ingredients

grilled chicken salad (chicken, lemongrass, red onion, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, rice crispy powder, dried chilies, mint), wraps and garnishes (cucumber, cabbage, red bell pepper, lettuce), coconut rice (jasmine rice, coconut milk, salt)

food was cold, but rice was warm, no dressing on the salad and very little variety across the meal seems to be all stir fry, no curries, noodles sauces or rolls
