I can't imagine doing anything else that would allow me to nourish people's minds, bodies, and souls as much as providing the perfect meal. It provides a connection that words cannot describe.
If you haven't tried tacos in home-made tortillas, you are missing out. For this, I use pulled chicken flavored with chili and fresh lime, wrapped in my own corn tortillas. This is served with black or pinto seasoned beans and a Mexican rice, along with pico de gallo and hot sauce on the side, for those who want a little extra kick!

Chicken was a mix of white and dark meat-would have preferred all white. Beans and rice were good. Would have preferred larger amount of chicken in the dish.
I suggest including a third tortilla. Otherwise great!
