I make this Asian inspired dish with the freshest local ingredients like Vashon Island organic tofu, local white mushrooms, eggplants and bok choy. The chili garlic tofu goes really well with the chow mein and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy!

I was not a fan of tofu before trying this dish. It was hearty and filling. Loved the touch of heat.

Just okay. Rice was bland and too greasy. Not enough flavor in the dish, but good sized portions

I expected the tofu to be spicy and pungent, but it was more like tofu in a brown sauce. Still tasty, but not strong chili garlic flavor.
