I make this Asian inspired dish with the freshest local ingredients like Vashon Island organic tofu, local white mushrooms, eggplants and bok choy. The chili garlic tofu goes really well with the comforting veggie fried rice. Enjoy!

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-12 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle rice with 1 tsp of water before heating

I was not a fan of tofu before trying this dish. It was hearty and filling. Loved the touch of heat.

I expected the tofu to be spicy and pungent, but it was more like tofu in a brown sauce. Still tasty, but not strong chili garlic flavor.
