An Italian classic with white cannellini beans, thinly-sliced fresh fennel, feta, slivered almonds and fresh baby greens, served with a fresh lemon vinaigrette. Perfectly balanced to go with your sandwich!

Serves 1 as an entree or 3 as a side salad.

This was more popular than the apple salad. I would double the fennel salad next time and half the apple salad.

This meal is a big hit but we feel strongly about the dressing and hope you can do something different in the future - it needs more tang/acid and less oil and it would be great to send small salt and pepper packs. It is flavorful but missing something.

Plentiful meat and filling, dressing needed more tang/acid and less oil. It would be great to send small salt and pepper packs with this salad. It had the perfect amount of cheese. Grilled baguette was the perfect crispness and exact right portion. Box labeling was a big help!
