In addition to her thriving catering business, Rosario and her husband John bring culinary delights inspired from Bicol, Phillipines to diners throughout the region.
A delicious selection of Filipino favorites! White chicken adobo is made of chicken thighs stewed with coconut cream and fragrant lemongrass, bay leaves, garlic and Thai chilis. Served with steamed rice, Pancit (stir-fried glass noodles with veggies seasoned with calamansi juice), and Lumpiang Hubad (sauteed vegetables).
