Description

Cochinita pibil is a traditional Mexican pork dish of Mayan origin from the Yucatan Peninsula. The pork is slow roasted with achiote and bitter orange while wrapped in a banana leaf. Served with corn tortillas, Mexican rice, refried beans, and top with traditional spicy x-ni-pec pickled onions.
